Sarai's Overview screen: a Brain dump card at the top, counts for Today, This Week, Unsorted, Open, Parked and Done, the Work space with its Website launch focus area, a gold Add button and the menu with Overview, Today, This Week, Unsorted and Ask

Everything in its place

Sarai keeps the day ahead simple, and tidies everything else away until you need it.

Your day at a glance

Today shows what's next, a day bar of everything with a time, and your tasks split into daytime and tonight.

Spaces for each part of life

Keep Work, Home and Personal apart, with focus areas inside each one for bigger projects.

WorkHomePersonal

Your week, and the month

This Week shows the next 7 or 30 days, with your tasks and your phone's calendar side by side.

Things that repeat

Bins every Thursday, a monthly bill, football every week. Tick it off and the next one appears by itself.

Reminders that just work

Get a nudge at the right time, even with no signal. Reminders are set on your phone, not on a server.

Checklists and due dates

Break a task into steps, give it a "Due by" date, or park it for later. Nothing falls through the gaps.

New: Ask Sarai

Just ask.
Sarai helps you plan.

Ask Sarai is your AI planning assistant. Tell it what to add, ask what’s coming up, or get help with everyday things. For anything that changes, like opening times or news, it looks it up on the web and shows where the answer came from.

  • Say “school pick-up at 3pm on Friday” and it’s ready to add with one tap
  • Ask “What’s on tomorrow?” for a quick rundown of your plans
  • Recipes, shopping lists, ideas and quick questions
  • Searches the web for things that change, and shows its sources
  • Add suggestions to Sarai, or straight to your phone’s calendar
  • Nothing is added until you tap Add

Sarai is AI and can make mistakes, so check anything important. How we keep Ask Sarai safe.

Ask Sarai chat: asked to remind them to get flowers for Mum on Friday and add her birthday lunch on Saturday at 1pm, Sarai suggests a task and an event, each with Add to Sarai and Phone calendar buttons
Ask Sarai answering when the clocks go forward next year, Sunday 28 March 2027, with GOV.UK listed as the source, then suggesting a reminder task to change the oven and car clocks
New: Brain dump

Empty your head.
Sarai sorts it out.

Type everything on your mind, however messy, or say it with your keyboard’s microphone. Sarai turns it into tidy tasks, with dates, times and spaces already filled in.

  • Start it from Overview, the first screen you see, or from the Add button
  • Understands “tomorrow morning”, “Saturday” and “before the 20th”
  • Spots tasks you already have, so nothing is added twice
  • You check and change everything before it’s added
Brain dump screen with a messy list typed in: book the MOT before the 20th, mum's birthday Saturday need a card, call the bank tomorrow morning, bins out tonight, order new running shoes
Check your tasks screen: Sarai found 5 tasks, each with a due date, time or space, such as Book MOT for the car due Thursday 19 November and Put the bins out tonight at 20:00
